Final Words
“ | Pre-merge boot (deep sigh)… that's a little uncomfy. I think the fourteen days I spent out here only deepen my love and appreciation for this game. Most of all, deepen my appreciation for how difficult it is to play it. I'm truly humbled. I'm awed. And I'm thrilled that I got to live out my dream of playing Survivor. | ” |

Behind the Scenes
Other
- This and "Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner" are the second episodes to be aired on the same day, following "Kind of Like Cream Cheese"/"Still Holdin' On" from Survivor: San Juan del Sur. They would be followed by "Like Selling Your Soul to the Devil"/"My Wheels Are Spinning" from Survivor: Cambodia.
- Both challenges this episode were recurring challenges from Survivor: Philippines.
- Before the swap, a third slingshot colored yellow, resembling the Masaya tribe, is present in the challenge area, to hide the fact that a swap is coming.
