So, I plan on doing a new cast ranking every other day. I have seen every single season of survivor with the exception of the Amazon, and have gained many opinions on the castaways that I would like to share. I have currently created two cast rankings, one for season 1, Survivor:Borneo, and one for season 19, Survivor:Samoa. Next, I will rank Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains because this is the twentieth season that was made to celebrate the tenth anniversary. Be sure to comment on what your opinions are or to tell me which season I should do next.20: Sugar Kiper
Sugar was one of my favorites in Gabon, but this season she didn't do a whole lot and didn't come across as a hero this time. I guess you could say it was because she was the first kicked off. Oh well.
19: Randy Bailey
He was still the same old strange yet hilarious Randy that I hated. That is all. OH! Also, I'm glad he was voted off early this season, and I thought it was an over-reaction to throw his buff in the fire..
18: Stephenie LaGrossa
She was voted waaaaayyyy too early this season, and for a terrible reason at that! Wait until the merge to boot your strong players! When you think about it, since they got rid of all oftheir strong players early, it would make sense that the heroes went down one by one. They kicked the loyal ones out. Anyway, Stephenie was sadly voted off too early to have an impact, good or bad, on the competition this season.
17: Tyson Apostol
Never did like Tyson. Sure, he was strong, but he was a freak. End of story.
16: Cirie FieldsPoor Cirie was voted out early thisseason. She had always been a favorite of mine and I was so excited to hear she was coming back for try #3, but this season she was too strategic and didn't live up to that hero title she had worked so hard to earn over her past two seasons. She played too hard too soon and that caused her downfall. Maybe she will come back in another season to try to show us why she was picked for Heroes vs Villains? I hope so, because she can't end on a season like that, she was too good of a person and a Survivor player.
15: Tom WestmanAfter he betrayed Stephenie in Palua I failed to see him as a hero. However, he was put on the heroes tribe. I thought Tom did seem like more of a hero this season, but was voted out early because he was in the wrong alliance. That is pretty much all.
14: James Clement
I loved James in past seasons, but this season he seemed sort of different. Not as likeable. He was still strong, but not as likeable. Another hero that changed after being placed on the heroes tribe.
13: Rob Mariano
So many people placing the exact same this ranking. Rob seemed more light-hearted this season and definitely not as cut-throat as he was in All-Stars. Because he became a family man, maybe? Nah, he went back to the same game play in season 22. Anyway, nicer this season and an early leave equals thirteenth place. Still strong and smart, though. Just didn't stand out like he usually does.
12: Courtney Yates
Did nothing. More villainous in a more irritating way than villainous in a mean way. Not too strong, not too smart, not too likeable. But hey, she did better than those above her at the game this season.
11: Benjamin "Coach" WadeHe honestly tried to imporve his image this season, and by the end he went from dislikeable to OK. Hey, When you consider it, that is a big move to go from a villain to a normal contestant. He was strong and more likeable, earning him one place better in ranking than his season placing.
10: J.T. Thomas, Jr.
He was likeable, strong, and smart, just didn't seem to stand out this season. That's all.
9: Colby Donaldson
He was still a great guy and a very likeable one, it's just he was so obviously older. He was disappointing in challenges after he set the bar so high in Australia and All-Stars, so whenhe didn't win one immunity this season it was surprising. Either way, he was still a great guy.
8: Candice WoodcockShe was so likeable last season it was sort of sad this season that she just didn't seem that way. She turned on the heroes! That was really shocking to pretty much everybody I'm sure, and I had really loved her in Cook Islands. The good ones always seem to go corrupt. I just made that up, but still, Candice went corrupt! I was truly disappointed.
7: Danielle DiLorenzo
She strategized a lot, mostly as a second in command, but still strategized. She won immunity and reward and was fairly strong and didn't completely bomb likeability, though i didn't like her, so she earned seventh.
6: Amanda Kimmel
Amanda has always been likeable and didn't do anything terrible like other heroes did this season. She still kept true to her hero title. She was strong and smart and even though she sadly didn't do as well as I would have liked, she still earned sixth.
5: Sandra Diaz-Twine
She was smart and i liked her and was glad she won out of the final three, but come on. She never won a single challenge. Even if she was a good strategist, she shouldn't have won again. Ya, likeability wise I was thrilled, and didn't think she was a villain to begin with, but strength wise she didn't do a whole lot. But, if she was able to win twice then obviously she did something right and I should stop complaining, because she is the only person ever to win Survivor twice! Congrats, Sandra.
4: Rupert BonehamRupert will always be the same loveable Rupert. He was a great contestant and person and kept to his principles. I really enjoyed watching him and am glad he came back. He was strong and smart and got fourth place.
3: Parvati Shallow
Parvati is a master strategist and a strong player. I may not have liked her this season because of too much strategising, but she was strong and smart and i can't argue with that. I have pretty much covered the reasons, because she was a perfect combination of smart and strong to get to the final three again. Wow, yet another past winner to get into the final three this season.
2: Russell HantzYa, I really didn't like him at all. He was rude, arrogant, and annoying, yet he managed to make it to the final two again. He was strong and the best startegist Survivor has ever seen, and that is why, even though I don't like him, that he is second. Went down one frm last ranking, Russell, and you will go down again in my next one!
1: Jerri Manthey
Wow! Never thought Iwould rank her first, but here she is. My top-ranked contestant. I hated her in Australia and All-Stars, but I really liked her and wanted her to win this season! In the final four I was thinking "Wow! After all the heroes went down, there is still a chance for a likeable person to win!" And I wasn't the only one to see that, so she was voted out by her tribe. Oh well, she was strong, smart, and extremely likeable this season (Ya, Jerri Manthey was likeable! I'm surprised too!). That was why she was ranked first. I hope to see her again on Survivor!Congrats Jerri for Winning my Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains Cast Ranking! If only you would have won the actual season..
