- COOK ISLANDS - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Ozzy wins immunity and votes out Yul, as the idol would no longer be in play. Ozzy beats Becky 9-0.
- FIJI - At final 4, Dreamz gives Yau-Man immunity and gets voted out 3-1. At final 3, either Earl or Cassandra wins immunity and votes out Yau-Man. Earl beats Cassandra 8-1, with only Dreamz voting Cassandra.
- CHINA - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Todd wins immunity and votes out Amanda. Todd beats Courtney 4-3, with votes from Peih-Gee, Jean-Robert, Frosti, and Erik.
- GABON - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Susie wins immunity and votes out Bob. Susie beats Sugar 7-0.
- SAMOA - Nothing changes at final 4. Russell wins immunity and votes out Mick. Natalie beats Russell 7-2; the only difference is that she gets a vote from Mick instead of Erik.
- HEROES VS. VILLAINS - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Parvati wins immunity and votes out Sandra. Parvati beats Russell 9-0.
- NICARAGUA - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Fabio wins immunity and votes out Chase. Fabio beats Sash 7-2.
REDEMPTION ISLAND - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Rob wins immunity and votes out Natalie. Rob beats Philip 8-1; the only difference is that he gets a vote from Natalie instead of David.
- SOUTH PACIFIC - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Sophie wins immunity and votes off Coach. Sophie beats Albert 7-2. This assumes that the need to change the format of Redemption Island doesn't change the fact that Ozzy returns.
- ONE WORLD - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Sabrina wins immunity and votes off Kim. Chelsea beats Sabrina 5-4.
- PHILIPPINES - Malcolm wins final 4 immunity, Denise is voted out 3-1. Skupin or Lisa wins final 3 immunity and votes out Denise. FTC is a tossup.
- CARAMOAN - Nothing changes at final 4. At final 3, Cochran wins immunity and votes out Sherri. Cochran wins 8-0.
