I think that for the Healers Alliance Jessica should be the "Founder" ultimately the healers alliance did start on Soko beach and at that point he wasn't apart of it, plus she was shown as the one rallying the numbers and the original Healers together when the merge came, not Mike. (Also Mike reneged from the alliance which the leader doesn't usually do)
