She Obviously Is Post-Op! is the third episode of Survivor: Gabon.
Fang won their first Immunity Challenge, in a come-from-behind victory, and sent Kota to their first ever Tribal Council. At camp, the obvious target seemed to be Paloma, who was the weakest link of the tribe, but Paloma campaigned to vote out Ace, as she did not like nor trust him. Ace seemed confident that Paloma would be going home, but Paloma talked to Corinne, and it was revealed that Corinne didn't trust Ace either. Corinne discussed with Charlie about the possibility of sending Ace home as she felt he could run the game and be the first to flip come the merge. When Tribal Council came, Paloma further elaborated on her dislike for Ace, the extent of which shocked Probst. When the votes were read, Paloma was voted out 7-2 over Ace due to her challenge weakness, with only Kelly, who had been Paloma's friend, voting with her.
Challenge: Kicking and Screaming
One member of each tribe would hang on to a post. Two members of the opposing tribe would attempt to remove the tribe member from the post and drag them across the sand to the finish line. The first tribe to get the member of the other tribe across the finish line would receive one point. The first tribe to score two points would win.
Reward: Blankets, a hammock, pillows, and a mat
|Reward Challenge: Kicking and Screaming|
Crystal, Dan, G.C., Matty, Randy, & Susie
Ace, Bob, Charlie, Marcus, Paloma, & Sugar
Corinne, Jacquie, & Kelly
|Round 1|| 1-0|
|Round 3|| 2-1|
Challenge: Lake Launch
One at a time, six tribe members would slide down a water slide. They would then swim out to retrieve a numbered tile, then run up the hill they slid down to drop their number off. Once all six tiles were retrieved, the remaining castaway would use the tiles to solve a numeric puzzle. The answer to the puzzle is a combination to open a locked chest, which holds an axe. The first tribe to open their chest and use the axe to cut a rope that would raise their tribe's flag would win.

| VOTED OFF:|
Jacquie did not say anything when she voted.
|“||(votes for Ace) I'm voting for you because you tried to get me in an alliance in the beginning, but I saw right through you. So you can take you and your little sidekick emotional mob face outta here.||”|
|“||(votes for Paloma) I really like you, and I didn't want to do this, but I had to go with the majority. I'm very sorry. I think there will be great things in store for you.||”|
|“||(votes for Paloma) Palomita, I'm sorry, but it was just time to do this.||”|
|“||(votes for Ace) This is pretty much self-explanatory.||”|
|“||(votes for Paloma) Unfortunately, you know exactly why you are leaving, it is for the strength of the tribe. No ill will. Best of luck.||”|
|“||(votes for Paloma) Sorry, Paloma, but we need a strong tribe and you're the weakest link. Hope to see you afterward.||”|
|“||(votes for Paloma) I probably like you more than anyone else on our tribe, but if you're going to come out on Survivor without a physical bone in your body, you probably should have come up with a few more tricks.||”|
|“||(votes for Paloma) Sorry dude, better you than me.||”|
|“||So I got voted off, umm, I'm the first person on my tribe to go. These past nine days in Gabon have been amazing, umm, definitely been an experience, something I've never ever done before. Good luck to the whole Kota tribe, I hope you guys do awesome, but definitely, let's put it this way: if Ace wins the million dollars I'll probably never watch Survivor again.||”|
Still in the Running
- This episode contains the only two challenges Crystal Cox won throughout the season.
- This episode marks the longest gap between a castaway winning immunity and using said immunity, as Marcus won immunity on Day 1 and didn't attend Tribal Council until Day 9.
