Reap What You Sow is the third episode of Survivor: South Pacific.
Coach congratulated his tribe on surviving Tribal Council, likely as an attempt to lighten the mood. Brandon apologized for the drama he caused. On Redemption Island, Christine and Semhar both try to keep the fire from going out. Christine thinks that Coach was just mad at her and that her tribe wasn't ready to play with someone who's playing the game, and is hopeful that she'll get back into the game.
Ozzy and Elyse from Savaii and Coach and Stacey from Upolu come to witness the duel between Semhar and Christine. Before the duel began, an anxious Semhar cited some poetry to calm herself down. Both have their moments of struggle, but in the end, Christine won the duel, so Semhar was eliminated from the game. Before walking away from Redemption Island Arena, Semhar gave her sweater to Christine as a parting gift. Upon winning the first duel, Christine then said that she felt good about winning, since she felt that Coach came to the duel to see if she lost. Upolu won the next Immunity Challenge sending Savaii to Tribal Council where Mark Caruso was sent to Redemption Island.
Competitors will each place a wooden totem on top of a pole. At regular intervals, they will add another section of pole, making it more unstable. If the totem falls off, they are out of the duel, and will be out of the game for good.
Winner: Christine Shields Markoski

Challenge: Hitching a Ride
One person from each tribe will race across a floating bridge carrying a body board attached to a long rope. Once they reach the platform, they'll grab a bag and hang on, as the rest of the tribe cranks a giant winch pulling them back to shore. Once they have all five bags, the remaining tribe members will use grappling hooks to retrieve them. Inside the bag are puzzle banners. They must roll the banners down the face of a wall and arrange them to form their tribe flag. First tribe to get it right wins immunity and a reward.
Reward: Jars of chocolate, coffee, tea, milk, and cookies.

- This episode featured the first female vs. female Redemption Island duel.
- This week's Redemption Island duel was a throwback of the Final Immunity Challenge of Survivor: Samoa, in which Brandon's uncle, Russell Hantz, won.
- The episode title is said by Brandon Hantz when he confesses how guilty he felt for spreading lies to get Mikayla Wingle voted out in the previous Tribal Council. The only difference with the title is that he said, "I reap what I sow."
