Recurring Survivor Challenge
Description: A recurring Survivor challenge

Heroes vs. Villains
South Pacific

Keep It Up is a recurring endurance challenge. Originally appearing as a tribal challenge in Survivor: Gabon, it has been adapted into an individual challenge and later into a Redemption Island duel.

The castaways must balance two poles using the tops of their hands against an overhead board. If a castaway drops either of the poles at any point, they are out of the challenge. The last person standing will win.

The challenge was first introduced in Survivor: Gabon as the last tribal Immunity Challenge. In this challenge the castaways had to balance two poles using the tops of their hands against an overhead board. The last tribe to have a member still standing won. Matty Whitmore won the challenge for Fang, outlasting the last standing Kota member, Bob Crowley.

The challenge was re-used three seasons later in Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains as the final six Immunity Challenge. Parvati Shallow won the challenge, outlasting fellow finalist Rupert Boneham.

In Survivor: South Pacific, the challenge became the first post-merge duel. Jim Rice dropped out of the challenge first, followed later by Keith Tollefson, meaning Ozzy Lusth won the challenge.
