Survivor

Frank Garrison was placed on the Samburu tribe. Frank lead the tribe to the camp site. However, his military style didn't go well with Kim Powers. The tribe won immunity and fire in the form of flint. However, the tribe was quickly divided by age. The older members, Frank, Teresa CooperLinda Spencer, and Carl Bilancione worked at camp life with the younger members lay around camp. Trying to avert a tie, the older members worked on Silas Gaither because of his strength and wanting to win. The Tribe won the next reward and Immunity Challenges. Silas, however, chose to go with the young. Frank didn't want to work for a "bunch of 20-somethings who wouldn't appreciate it". Samburu lost its first challenges to Boran, costing them 100 gallons of fresh water and immunity. Because she fainted during the Immunity Challenge, the older members targeted Lindsey Richter. The younger members wanted Carl out for not needing the money. The vote ended in a deadlock tie. A tiebreaker challenge was held, which Carl lost. Before he left, Carl apologized for losing. With the power, Lindsey told them to compensate for the younger members. Although they won the Reward Challenge, Samburu lost immunity. Silas wanted the older members to vote against Lindsey to keep all of the strikes against her. Because they didn't know who was going and they didn't get nothing out of it, the older members voted against Silas. Linda was the one voted out in a 4-3 vote.

After Tribal Council, Silas demanded to know why they voted against him instead of Lindsey. Teresa said it was because of loyalty. Brandon Quinton sympathizes with them by telling them that he would have done the same thing. Silas felt that their talk of character, honesty and loyalty was hypocrisy. The tribe received Tree Mail telling them to send three people to go on a quest. Silas quickly picked the outsiders to go with him. The castaways met at the original drop point. They were asked give up their buffs by Jeff. Everyone was given buffs of the other tribe's color, making Frank, Silas, and Teresa Boran until the merge. Ethan ZohnKim Johnson, and Clarence Black were all shocked by the switch. Both Frank and Teresa felt they was given new life. They told them about the conditions they suffered on Samburu. Boran won the Reward Challenge and three chickens. Silas was trying to get Frank out. This backfired as the tribe deemed Silas untrustworthy and didn't try to win immunity. Frank and Teresa got their revenge on Silas as he was unanimously voted out. Boran lost the next Reward Challenge. Clarence wanted to eat the chickens so badly, however, he was forced to relinquish those thoughts as the chickens laid an egg. Because the Tree Mail implies the use of weapons for the next challenge, the tribe turned to Frank, who was an avid hunter. Boran won immunity and Lindsey was voted out, thank to the information gotten from Frank and Teresa.

The tribe had brunch, a word which Frank hadn't heard of before. The tribes merged at the next Immunity Challenge. Frank was the fifth person out after an hour, while Teresa eventually won the challenge. When they returned to the Boran camp, a feast awaited them. Unlike the others, Frank isolated himself instead of socializing. Although there was talk of voting for Frank, Clarence was the one voted out in a 8-2 vote. Lex van den Berghe was very angry that he had gotten two votes and started a witch hunt to found out who did it. While Ethan and Lex were on reward, Teresa reorganized the original Samburu. Frank was still resentful of the younger two, particularly Brandon, who he has a strong dislike of. Ethan won immunity and Lex falsely accused Kelly Goldsmith of voting against him (in reality, it was Teresa). Because of that, Kelly flipped to Samburu. However, Brandon couldn't bring him around to be aligned with Frank and voted against Kelly.

Frank was angry with Brandon. At the same time, Lex was lobbying for Frank's ouster because he lowers the tribe morale. However, his alliance felt that Brandon wasn't trustworthy. For the Reward Challenge, Frank was involuntarily paired with his mortal enemy, Brandon. Ironically, they won the challenge for the trip to the Survivor Movie theater. Despite being civil with each other, the conflict between the two didn't stop. Frank did well at the Immunity Challenge, but was disqualified due to a technicality. Lex won immunity and Brandon was voted out in a 6-2 vote. The conditions was taking their toll on everyone as they all felt lethargic. At the Survivor Auction, Frank and Teresa brought a hoagie for 16,500 Kenyan shillings. Lex would win immunity again, putting Frank on the chopping block. Frank's political views irked the tribe, causing him to finally get voted out in a unanimous vote.

At Final Tribal Council, Frank first greeted the finalists and congratulated them on their achievements. He reminded them that when they first arrived in Africa, they were educated about the big 5 animals of Africa. Frank asked what five characteristics would they tell a new contestant they would need to become the ultimate Survivor. Ethan said willpower, strength, integrity, intelligence, and a little luck. Kim J. said respect, thoughtfulness, flexibility, love and understanding. Liking his answers better, Frank voted for Ethan to win.
