La Isla de los FamoS.O.S. 2 is the fourth season of the Spanish reality television series Supervivientes. It was filmed in the Dominican Republic and was broadcast on Antena 3 from May 7 to June 25, 2003. The prize for the winner was €200,000, equivalent to roughly US$340,000 in 2023.

Felipe López defeated María Pineda in a public vote to become the Sole Survivor.

Twists

• Expanded Cast: This season featured 16 castaways, seven more than the previous season.
• Tribes: Unlike last season, the castaways were divided into two tribes, each comprising eight members.
• Nominations: Every elimination in this season was decided by a public vote. Tribal Council would occur as normal, with the person receiving the most votes being the first nominee for elimination. Secondly, either the winning tribe or the winner of a leadership challenge would nominate a second castaway. The public would then vote for the castaway they would like to see eliminated. The castaway who received the most votes would be eliminated.
• Live Broadcast: All nominations and eliminations were broadcast live.
• Replacement: After Silvia Fominaya quit, a new castaway, Fayna Bethencourt, replaced her on Macorix.
• Merge: The merge occurred when 10 castaways remained.
• Final Three: At the final three, a Final Immunity Challenge would take place. The winner of the challenge would become a member of the Final Two, while the remaining two would become nominees for elimination. The castaway who received the most votes would be eliminated. At the Final Tribal Council, the public voted for the castaway they wanted to win, with the castaway receiving the highest number of votes being declared the winner.
