Erica Durousseau is a contestant from Survivor: Fiji.
Profile
Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Erica Durousseau received a track scholarship to Grambling College, also in Louisiana, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications. She then moved to Jackson, Mississippi for three years before relocating to New Orleans. After Hurricane Katrina, Durousseau was forced to move to Lake Charles and then Baton Rouge.
Durousseau currently works as a youth market director, traveling between two states while managing fundraisers. She previously worked as an advertising sales representative, store supervisor and waitress.
She describes herself as subtle, confrontational and outgoing. Her hobbies include writing, reading and spending time with her family. Her favorite sports are football and soccer. She is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Currently single, Durousseau's birth date is December 11, 1979.

Erica started the game looking for any kind of instruction from Jeff Probst, however she was unable to find any. Erica, under the guidance of Sylvia Kwan, joined the rest of the tribe in making a luxury camp. On Day 3 Sylvia was asked to divide the eighteen contestants into two tribes. Erica ended up on the Ravu tribe. After losing the first Immunity Challenge Erica became angry and talked about who to vote off, which lead to an alliance between Erica, Jessica deBen and Rocky Reid. The rest of the tribe was planning on voting off Jessica. Erica's alliance went into Tribal Council with no real plan, which resulted in the three person alliance voting for three different people. Erica voted for Yau-Man Chan but ultimately Jessica ended up being blindsided.
Erica, along with the rest of her tribe, became lethargic due to lack of water. When Sylvia returned from Exile Island she was immediately outcast from her tribe. Erica discussed voting her out as soon as possible, which the whole tribe agreed to. At the next Immunity Challenge Erica started yelling at her tribe mates while solving the puzzle portion of the challenge. This contributed to Ravu losing the Immunity Challenge. At camp Erica assumed the plan was to vote off Sylvia but the rest of the tribe was thinking about voting out Erica instead, due to her outburst at the challenge. At Tribal Council only Anthony Robinson voted with Erica, which resulted in her being blindsided.

Trivia
- Erica became the sixteenth contestant of Survivor to never win a challenge.
- Erica is the first and (so far) only contestant to place 18th and not be the first or third voted out of their season.
- This was due to a contestant quitting prior to the season's onset, leaving it to set forth with only 19 contestants not the arranged 20.
- Both castaways Erica voted against were of Asian-American descent.
- According to the Rob Has A Podcast poll , Erica is the worst (424th) castaway ever.
