|Recurring Survivor Challenge|
|Description:||A recurring water challenge|
Castaways must race out into the water and swim over to their respective tribe's bamboo cage. Once the entire tribe has arrived, each person must climb up and over the cage wall into the water. They will then retrieve a chest and bring it back to shore, where a final task would occur. The first tribe(s) to finish this final task would win.
The challenge debuted in Caramoan, where the final stage involved moving the chest along a track and onto a platform using grappling hooks. The Bikal tribe narrowly defeated the Gota tribe to win immunity for the second time in a row. Bikal also won reward of two chairs, blankets, and a tarp
In Cagayan, the Luzon tribe took a large lead over Aparri and Solana heading into the puzzle stage, but J'Tia Taylor cost them a taste of victory when she failed to complete the puzzle. Sarah Lacina managed to finish first for Aparri, and LJ McKanas finished second for Solana, sending Luzon to Tribal Council again.
The challenge reappeared in Game Changers, where the castaways had to drag a 400-pound snake out of the cell and onto shore. The three remaining castaways from each tribe had to retrieve numbered tiles from the snake, after which a code could be solved, unlocking rings which one castaway had to toss onto eight targets which spelt "IMMUNITY". Nuku had an early lead with their strategy of involving every single castaway, while Mana fell behind when Jeff Varner struggled physically with the weight of the snake. Mana was set back by multiple trip ups on the balance beam, but they ultimately caught up with Nuku at the ring-toss stage. Even though J.T. Thomas was 2 targets from winning, Malcolm Freberg caught up. In the end, however, Nuku won immunity when J.T. narrowly edged Malcolm out.
In Ghost Island, each tribe have to take a chest in the cell ashore, and race it across a track. On the track, the tribes needed to use a grappling hook to connect a missing piece of the track, allowing them to get the chest to a perch. They then needed to get all five balls in the chest on top of a narrow perch to win. Malolo had a huge lead heading into the final task after Naviti struggled with both opening their cell door and connecting their missing piece of track. However, they managed to catch up when Malolo had difficulty getting their final ball on their perch, allowing Naviti to come from behind and win, sending Malolo to Tribal Council.
