Buy One, Get One Free is the tenth episode of Survivor: Heroes vs. Healers vs. Hustlers.
Challenge: The Game is Afoot
Using only their feet, castaways must unwind a rope to release blocks that they will use to assemble a three-tiered tower. Once the tower is assembled, they must place a flag in the middle of the tower. The first person to do so wins.
Reward: An aerial tour of the Sacred Islands, a feast of cheeseburgers, French fries, and beer, and letters from home.
Winner: Lauren Rimmer (shared with Ashley Nolan, Ben Driebergen, and Devon Pinto)
Challenge: Bermuda Triangles
Perched on a roof-shaped structure, castaways will have to balance on narrow beams. After five minutes, they will move up a level, and after ten, they will have to balance on a single beam on the top of the structure. At any point their buttocks or hands touch the structure, they are out of the challenge. The last person left standing wins.
Additional Stipulation: Castaways can chose to not compete and eat peanut butter and chocolate instead. (Ben Driebergen, Devon Pinto, and Lauren Rimmer decided to sit-out to eat.)
Winner: Ashley Nolan
Challenge: Kenny Log-Ins
Divided into two teams of four, castaways will swim out to a boat. They will then paddle to shore, collecting three bags of logs along the way. Back on shore, they will use the logs to push out puzzle pieces from a chute. The first team to finish their puzzle wins.
Reward: Trip to a Survivor spa with a feast.
Winner: Blue Team (Ashley Nolan, Ben Driebergen, Devon Pinto, and Joe Mena)
Challenge: Driving Wheel
Using a driving wheel, castaways will drive a key hanging on an urn through a series of obstacles. They key will then unlock a set of puzzle pieces. Using the driving wheel, they must transport the pieces to the finish. The first person to solve the word puzzle, "INVULNERABLE", wins.
Winner: Chrissy Hofbeck

|“||(voting against Mike) See you later, coconut.||”|
|“||Damn! They blindsided the **** out of me. Couple people flipped, happy trails to them and hopefully they go further in the game than I will. Survivor’s, you know, all about timing, and they beat me to the punch. Looking big picture, I think they pulled that trigger way too quickly. Life’s a journey -- sometimes you win some, sometimes you lose some and, uh, they got me good. It is what it is.||”|

Devon's vote was not shown during his confessional.
|“||(voting against Joe) You're the most dangerous player, so it's time for you to go home.||”|
|“||They definitely got me, it was a good call on their part. We had an alliance of five, and obviously, they really didn't want me in their alliance, they just needed numbers, but I played like I said I was going to play, you know. I gave 120 percent, and I played aggressive, found a couple of idols, and uh I played my game, nobody else's game. You know, kudos to them and I can't wait to see who's in the Final Three.||”|
