Boys vs Girls is the season premiere of Survivor: The Amazon.

Story[]

Day 1[]

Sixteen strangers are traveling on a boat up the Rio Negro in the Amazon Rainforest to begin the adventure of a lifetime. Host Jeff Probst begins calling names to divide the tribes. One by one, he calls Jeanne Hebert, Heidi Strobel, JoAnna Ward, and Jenna Morasca to climb down to the yellow boat, but once Jeff calls for Christy Smith, the cast realizes what the twist of the season is going to be.

S6 heidi t
Heidi
When Jeff called the fifth girl, I knew it, like, instantly. This is an all-women tribe.

Jeff finishes with the rest of the women, and Deena Bennett is happy that the tribe ended up being what it is.

S6 deena t
Deena
I was absolutely, just overjoyed that it was an all-female tribe. It's an all chick thing, we can let our hair down, we can pee in front of each other. I am on an even playing field because I have seven other people the same sex.

Jeff moves on to the men, calling them to climb into the blue boat. The men already believe that their tribe has the upper hand.

S6 roger t
Roger
It's gonna be the men against the women, but they don't have the strength. They may have the will, but--and you know--this is a forbidden place. It's pathetic!
S6 daniel t
Daniel
All the guys were really pumped up. There is no way the women are gonna beat us in anything, physical, mentally, or whatever. We're never gonna go to Tribal Council.

Jenna overhears the snobbish comments of the men on the other boat, and she is not buying what the men are saying.

S6 jenna t
Jenna
They're so freaking cocky! They're like, "Oh, we're never gonna go to Tribal Council", and...ugh, it's just so annoying. I just wanna beat them to kinda just, like, shut them up.

Jeff then tells the tribes a story of how the Amazon got its name. The jungle was discovered in 1541 by a Spanish explorer, and while he was making his way along the river, he encountered a tribe of very fierce, very courageous female warriors. It was the first notion that women could live just fine on their own, so the jungle was named after those warriors, and is where the term "Amazon women" comes from. This is why the twist of the season is men versus women.

Jeff give the tribes their names: Jaburu and Tambaqui. He then gives them their buffs and maps and sends them on their way. Tambaqui unties their boat just fine and paddle away, but Shawna Mitchell has trouble untying the Jaburu boat for the women.

S6 shawna t
Shawna
I just got up there and my brain was so jumpy that I couldn't even untie a boat, and I just felt so stupid. The guys going off one way, the girls couldn't untie- I couldn't untie the knot.

As Tambaqui searches for their camp on the river, Ryan Aiken is worried about the twist, because he was not prepared for that kind of beginning.

S6 ryan t
Ryan
All the strategy I had was just taken and thrown all out the window. It sucks when you have a game plan that you've, like, know that'll work, and now it's like I got seven, eight guys and it's all one big sausage fest, you know?

Meanwhile, Jaburu is also searching for their camp, and the women are happily chatting to each other. Jenna is also concerned by the twist for the same reasons as Ryan.

S6 jenna t
Jenna
Stranded in the jungle with seven other women is my worst nightmare. If you're on a tribe with all women you can't use your womanly powers on women; they could care less, they find that insulting. With men, it's just, you can manipulate them better.

Tambaqui is still on the river, until they spot their flag in the distance, immediately turning toward dry land.

S6 dave t
Dave
The minute we saw our flag, we just beelined it right to the shore. You know, I think we're all excited to get going, to start building the shelter, start getting a fire.

Tambaqui docks their boat, stepping out to find a crate of supplies up ahead. As they try to open it, the men confidently state that they are the favorites as of now, and Ryan jokingly says they will not go home even if they do go to Tribal Council. Ryan feels that the men have a lot of pressure on their backs.

S6 ryan t
Ryan
Bottom line is, a lot of those girls are eye-candy, and that's great to look at. I appreciate looking at them, thank you for wearing bikinis, but when it comes down to it, I mean, you're gonna want people that are gonna be useful. Our butts are on the stove right now. If we lose to the girls, I mean, it's gonna be rough. It's gonna be really rough.

The men examine their supplies, finding a lot of useful items inside.

S6 roger t
Roger
We open the box, and low and behold, in the box, there's the five gallons of fresh water, there were fish hooks, there was kerosene, two lanterns, there was a flint...

Then men then discover a box with a lock on it inside the crate, but no key. Alex Bell wonders what it is.

S6 alex t
Alex
We have a mystery box. We had this box that had a note on it and it said "Do not open until instructed. Key will appear when you least expect it". So, I don't know what that means. We don't know what's in the mystery box yet.

The men then open a barrel of manioc flour as food.

S6 alex t
Alex
We have a big thing of manioc flour, and that's actually got some good nutritional value, lots of carbohydrates and it can keep us going, and we got a huge thing of it!

Once finished inspecting the crate, the tribe huddles up to make a plan.

Later that day, Jaburu also finds their camp.

S6 heidi t
Heidi
We were paddling away, and we finally see the yellow flag. I was so excited, so excited.

Setting their boat ashore, they gather at the flag giving high-fives, when Christy feels the need to tell her tribe something very important: she is actually deaf. Christy could not hear any of the chatter that the women had earlier without seeing their lips, so the tribe members one at a time properly introduce themselves to her.

S6 janet t
Janet
Christy has a hearing disability. It took us by surprise, but she just asked us to look at her and speak slowly so she could read our lips.
S6 christy t
Christy
I kinda told them at the wrong time, but I needed to get it off my chest. I couldn't, like, keep it in any longer.
S6 jenna t
Jenna
I'm just wondering how she's gonna be able to work with the group when she can't really hear well. I don't know how it's gonna work out. I really don't.

The women promise Christy that they will not tell the men her secret if she does not want them to.

On Tambaqui, the men are trying to figure out where to put their shelter. Thanks to Butch Lockley, they decide to split up, look around, and come back later to give an opinion.

S6 rob t
Rob
Maybe you think you meet a guy named Butch from Illinois, he's a redneck, you think he's not that sharp a guy. But he is. I like Butch a lot.

Soon, the men find a suitable spot for the shelter.

S6 alex t
Alex
We found a pretty great spot. We found a relatively level spot on a little bit higher ground, and actually, there's a bit of a slope to where we are, so the water won't puddle up where we are.

A few of the men get to work on chopping down trees and collecting leaves, making good progress. The men back at camp focus on getting a fire going, remembering that they have kerosene.

S6 dave t
Dave
Making a fire was a piece of cake, the reason being there's kerosene in the lamps. We're also given some flint with the machetes, and had no problems making fire.

With their fire started, Matthew von Ertfelda wonders out loud if the women have gotten their fire started yet.

On Jaburu, the women are struggling to get their fire going.

S6 shawna t
Shawna
The fire was an absolute fiasco. The process was: get the little fire going, put on some leaves, some other small stuff, put on little sticks, put on bigger stuff, put on big logs. None of this happened. It was ridiculous. I say it's a lack of fire-building skills on our part.

Deena decides to call the women over for a team meeting in order to figure out what their priorities are for their first night.

S6 heidi t
Heidi
Deena, she definitely has more of a bossy side to her. Like, if six of us come up with a good idea, she would be the one to say "I don't think that'll work, we better do something else".

Shawna suggests splitting the work between fire and shelter. Deena agrees, and half the tribe focuses on getting logs for shelter, while the other half tries again on the fire. Unlike the men, the shelter group's effort seem more clumsy at first glance. Jeanne, however, is confident that they will be able to toughen up and beat the men.

The sun begins to set, and Tambaqui now has a bed ready for the night. Butch decides to share his luxury item: a middle school banner that says "believe in yourself", intended to inspire kids to achieve their dreams. He wanted it to be a motto they can live by too in the game, and the tribe agrees to hang the banner on the shelter.

S6 dave t
Dave
Butch had a fantastic luxury item. It's a fabulous motto, you know, it's something to really think about.

Rob Cesternino gives an overview of his tribe compared to Jaburu in a confessional.

S6 rob t
Rob
I think as a whole, we've gotten along very well, but I think that the women have got to be having a very difficult time, and especially since they're not gonna catch any fish. We've got expert fishermen out there and we haven't caught anything yet. But I don't think any of them had any idea they'd be doing this on estrogen alone over there in camp of the vagina monologue.

Once again, the men feel that they are doing much better than the women.

On Jaburu, the women finally have a fire started just as night is setting in.

S6 deena t
Deena
It took us five or six hours to get the fire really going, and by the time it got pitch black, we'd really only cut four logs, so we all sat there in front of the fire which was now starting to grow a little bit larger, people were a little more comfortable, so we lighted the kerosenes so it wouldn't be quite so dark out there. [...] We huddled as close to the fire as we could, and we decided that we were gonna watch the fire in shifts that night, but all we did was a major bagfest on the boy team for most of the night.

The women joke on how some of the boys were staring at Heidi in shock that she was not on their tribe, or how some boys are surprised why were not wearing bikinis. However, Christy is unable to understand the conversation due to the dark.

S6 christy t
Christy
As soon as it gets dark, that's where my whole communication just shuts down, because I can't see, I can't read their lips, and it's like, God, I can't believe I'm in a group of girls who like to talk and talk and talk and talk, you know. So it's like, ___! So I'm missing out on a lot of the information. I try to be with them, but I can never be like them because I'm not, I'm always totally different, always have been, and it's...it's okay, it happens every time. It's just, like, I'm at a big disadvantage.

Christy decides to just sleep. The women notice, deciding to call it a night as well.

Day 2[]

Morning breaks on Jaburu, but it was not a smooth night for them.

S6 jenna t
Jenna
The Amazon women tribe is not doing very well. We slept on the ground, which is like the number one rule not to do in the jungle, and it was awful. We had bugs crawling all over us, something was always biting or crawling down your pants or crawling in your hair.
S6 janet t
Janet
There was leeches, spiders...we all got bit.
S6 christy t
Christy
We were sleeping on the ground. Wow. Makes you wonder what went in your mouth.

The women suddenly notice a tarantula spider on their manioc barrel. It ends up inside, so they quickly take off the lid to get it out, kill it, and toss it in the fire. Deena decides that they needed to get to work in order to avoid another night like before.

S6 deena t
Deena
I think all of us realized that it was cold, wet, miserable, and uncomfortable, and there's bugs, so first and foremost, we needed to get a shelter.

Deena and most of the other women head back towards the boat, but Christy once again is not able to read the conversation, ending up left behind at camp.

S6 christy t
Christy
Now they kinda started this, like, mission or whatever, and I was like, "What's going on? Okay, I'll watch the fire", but at the same time I was like, well, doesn't anybody care that I was the only one out here, you know?
S6 heidi t
Heidi
I haven't really bonded with Christy just because of the communication barrier. If you can't understand all the people around you, it's hard to make that communication, so that is more of a liability right now.
S6 christy t
Christy
It's not like this is new to me. This is what a deaf person has to go through. It's an everyday struggle. But I don't want it to be an issue every day, because if it becomes an issue every day, they're gonna be like, "Why do we need this person", you know? So I'm, like, still trying to figure out how to work with these women.

On Tambaqui, more progress is being made on the shelter. The men notice how loud Roger Sexton is, often giving the orders on what to do.

S6 rob t
Rob
Roger definitely is very bossy. You know, when we were building the shelter he's telling people, and especially telling kids--which is mostly this tribe--go do this, go do that. [...] I know how to play this game. I said "Yes, Roger. Sure, Roger." I just go and do it. But he doesn't bother me too much.

While working on the roof of the shelter, Roger notices that two of the tribe members, Ryan and Daniel Lue, are just chatting with each other and not helping them.

S6 roger t
Roger
This kid Ryan and this kid Daniel, they're just not contributing. You ask 'em to do stuff, and they just- they're talking to each other, and they're just floating around. [...] When building the shelter, these guys, we asked them to get some vines, and to them it's just like pulling teeth. They're just useless. They're digging their own grave. They've already dug it.

Dave Johnson loves the way the shelter is looking, and Roger says it will be even better soon.

S6 alex t
Alex
We built an interesting- we're calling it a post-modern Survivor shelter. It's not a perfect square, we got a little trapezoid action goin', and different planes, it's gonna be very nice. I think- I'm relatively sure Home and Garden is gonna come and shoot us later.

Impressed by the shelter, Matthew, Rob, and Ryan do not see the women making a shelter like the one that they have.

S6 rob t
Rob
I don't see the women working well together. I know that their shelter is not gonna be as good as ours. I see them all crying, and panicking, trying to build a cellphone so they could call their boyfriends to come over and help them build the shelter. Outside of that, I'm sure they got maybe three sticks together.

As Rob predicted, Jaburu has not gotten much work done on their own shelter yet. Jeanne feels disappointed in her tribe for their lack of direction.

S6 jeanne t
Jeanne
I thought we'd be more focused, I thought someone would take the leadership role. But we look disorganized, and we're not functioning well, and considering the group we have, it's embarrassing, I think. Downright embarrassing. [...] Everyone's dehydrated, no one went to the bathroom yesterday, people are starting getting down.

The tribe starts boiling water, but not for the reason some expected. They are using it to watch their clothes and buffs.

S6 jenna t
Jenna
The flies are swarming us because we stink, so we boiled our buffs, we boiled underwear that wasn't clean. Underwear needs to be clean, I figure. I think it's a priority because things can live on you, especially in that area because it's dark.

Deena is not impressed by the decision to do this, feeling that there are more important things to worry about.

S6 deena t
Deena
We're having a difficult time getting our tasks in order, completing them, and then moving on to the next project. They'd say "I kinda feeling I need to wash my buff now" so we wash the buffs. I'm thinking shelter.

Christy and Janet Koth are surprised by this too, but they laugh it off and move on.

Day 3[]

The following day, some of the women want to try going fishing, but Jenna is growing concerned about Janet's health.

S6 jenna t
Jenna
Me and Heidi and Janet went fishing using the net, and Janet, she's very sick; she's not doing well at all. [...] She just kinda did nothing, she just sat there on the boat and just said she didn't wanna paddle out far because she didn't wanna paddle far back. It's like, up and down. I mean, she's mostly down, and that's probably really gonna hurt her. If we lose the challenge, she might go.
S6 janet t
Janet
I hit rock-bottom today. You know, we were going out to fish or whatever, which is silly. We're not successful at it. Man, the toughest part about this whole experience, I didnt realize how tough it was physically. I think it's brutal, downright brutal, and I didn't plan on that. I mean, I planned on it being difficult, but not brutal. This is incredible. [...] Right now, I feel I could throw up at any moment. I'm just spent. I don't I've ever been this physically exhausted.

On Tambaqui, Rob shares his luxury item with the tribe: a Magic 8-Ball.

S6 rob t
Rob
My luxury item was the Magic 8-Ball. The Magic 8-Ball is a really good thing to have out here. Well, one thing that you may or may not know is that...it really works. [...] I told the tribe there was only one rule with the Magic 8-Ball: and that was that they cannot ask it if we will win or lose challenges. We asked it a lot of different things. A lot of the talk around the tribe is centered around the girls' tribe; basically three girls in the girls' tribe: Shawna, Jenna, and Heidi.

The men enjoy the 8-Ball. They ask if Ryan will get something from Jenna, it answers "most likely". Daniel asks if he would hook up with Shawna, it answers "definitely". Roger laughs internally at the questions they ask it.

S6 roger t
Roger
This whole macho thing, to listen to these young guys, all they talk about is women and how good they're looking and how they're talkin', these guys especially. The juices flow and that's the way it is. Boys from 15 on, that's all we think about.
S6 rob t
Rob
That girl, Heidi...she is so hot. She could put Viagra out of business. There are spirits in this jungle, and through the magic of the Magic 8-Ball, I can channel and harness those spirits.

At Jaburu, Jeanne and JoAnna go fishing. Though they hoped for bigger, they caught some fish as bait that they could use for later trips.

S6 jeanne t
Jeanne
JoAnna and I went on a little fishing expedition this morning. We have a net, we placed it in the little stream that we have here with intentions of catching some big fish. The only thing we found was some bait. It was really hard-shell horned pout; it had sharpy spines all over it. We caught some bait in the net, and then we chopped it up, we put it on our fishing poles.

JoAnna looks back, and the women realize that they forgot to bring their oars with them. They maneuver themselves back to retrieve them and paddle out into deeper water afterwards, with JoAnna singing some music on the way.

S6 jeanne t
Jeanne
We decided to go out into the water that's a little deeper. JoAnna got me a little motivated for today with a little gospel music. She's just got this spirit about her. I think it's great and everyone feels it.

Luckily, they do catch a small fish.

S6 joanna t
JoAnna
We did catch a little fish, and he was about this big [holds up a finger], and we were proud!

The two women come back to camp with the fish. The tribe decides to eat it, as to them, one fish is better than nothing. Jeanne also tries to help along with an oil that she brought with her.

S6 heidi t
Heidi
Jeanne and JoAnna brought back the miniature-sized fish. I was pretty sure after you've gutted the thing there would've been- there's just nothing even left. But we said, "Hey, let's go for it, we'll still try to cook it somehow". Jeanne had brought a- it's actually a massage oil, but it's like an edible oil which is even funnier. We sliced up this pint-sized fish, and I seriously think I had about that much of it [holds her index and thumb close together].

The tribe eat their shares of the fish. Some women find it gross, but are thankful to have some protein for the upcoming challenge.

Tambaqui heads out to collect their Tree Mail, and Roger has high hopes for how the tribe will perform in the first challenge.

S6 roger t
Roger
We are the most macho guys that there've ever been at Survivor. Good lookin' macho. We're confident we're gonna get through the first challenge. There's no doubt about that. If we lose to these women, man, we are gonna get ragged on, big time.

On Jaburu, the women are fired up. Deena still has concerns on how the tribe will perform based on past struggles at camp.

S6 deena t
Deena
In my heart of hearts, I think that the women are gonna win a couple Immunity Challenges, but overall, I think that the men will probably dominate, just based on sheer strength over the women.

Jenna jokes on how easy it would be to win if the challenge is something else other than what the Tree Mail hinted, which is balance and agility.

S6 jenna t
Jenna
I told Heidi if it's a physical challenge, and we can actually push them off things, she needs to show 'em her boobs, and we can distract them all and go!

The two tribes meet with Jeff at the first Immunity Challenge. Jeff asks how both have been faring. Tambaqui says that they are doing fine; they even have a lot of fish. Jaburu also says that they have some fish. Neither tribe believes the other. Jeff reveals the Immunity Idol and gets to the rules of the challenge.

The tribes will be chained together and must navigate through an obstacle course. After each station is completed, each tribe must gather a series of keys to unlock sections of a chain, which are blocking the finish line. One member must then retrieve a flying fox which will lead to the key that unlocks the final gate for the rest of the tribe. The first tribe to unlock all the sections of the chain and cross the finish line wins immunity.

Both tribes start neck and neck. The men take the lead after getting through the tough nut obstacle, with the women right behind them. Each tribe sends a group to do the message puzzle, and the men once again finish first, now in four pairs heading to the balance beam, while the women still work on their puzzle. The men have some difficulties with the balance beam, especially Daniel and Ryan, allowing the women to catch up. The race is neck and neck again. Jeanne and JoAnna do the puzzle for Jaburu, while Dave and Rob do the puzzle for Tambaqui. Jaburu complete it first, allowing Heidi to unlock the flying fox and zip down the line to grab the last key. The gate is unlocked, and Jaburu crosses the finish line in victory.

Back at Jaburu camp, the women are glad that they put the men on the spot. Janet starts feeling better, and everyone feels more confident that they can handle themselves just as well as the men can, maybe even better.

At Tambaqui, the tribe returns to camp, everyone with bruised pride.

S6 butch t
Butch
We just returned from our first challenge. I think we went into it a little cocky. In other words, "There's no way that eight girls are gonna beat eight macho guys". I think today you had eight guys believing in themselves a little too much.
S6 rob t
Rob
I give the girls a ton of credit. This is Billie Jean King versus Bobby Riggs for a new millennium. I know what's riding on this.

Dave publicly shares his disappointment with himself and the tribe, feeling that they should have acted better than the jerks that they ended up being towards the women. He also brings up how they should not have exaggerated to the women about how much fish they caught.

S6 daniel t
Daniel
Dave, he was upset about us, you know, joking around and saying that we caught fish. It's not a big deal. He needs to lighten up. He's way too serious about this. I mean, who does he think he is to stand up on a soap box and lecture us about that?
S6 rob t
Rob
Dave is a stand-up guy. He has a lot of integrity and is a really honest guy, which is really great for me, because I'm gonna lie and cheat and do whatever it takes to win. If he's only gonna tell the truth all the time, that's gonna hurt him in this game.

Ryan apologizes to the tribe if they felt that he was part of the reason they lost the challenge due to the balance beam.

S6 ryan t
Ryan
I saw the course and I was like, "We got this in the bag", and the most athletic, biggest guy will turn out to be just a meathead, you know? It was Dan's fault; he fell off the log four times, and now I'm the one with my ass on the stove.

While chopping wood, Roger pitches to Dave the idea of voting out Ryan first, and Dave says that he is fine with it, but privately, he is not.

S6 dave t
Dave
I will not vote Ryan off. We're from the same hometown, I feel we have some connection. But somebody like Daniel, he's not really volunteering to help out, not volunteering to get involved. He's not really doing it for me right now.

Daniel and Ryan have a conversation in the bushes, and Daniel is concerned that Dave might be going for him. Ryan has the idea to shift the votes onto Roger, due to his bossy nature. Ryan starts talking to Matthew about it.

S6 matthew t
Matthew
There's a lot of tension now. Everybody seems to be jockeying for a position. There's a lot of friction between Ryan and Roger. I think that the friction has built up over the last couple of days, and it's culminated in kind of a face-off.

Daniel, Matthew, and Ryan form a group to take out Roger.

S6 ryan t
Ryan
Right now, what I gotta do is I gotta go after Roger and break that whole coalition up. I just feel that they're trying to go for me, so I gotta go for him. I have no choice.

Ryan talks to Rob next, telling him that voting for Roger is the best move for his game. Rob says yes, but secretly, he is not sure, still weighing his options as the tribe prepares to leave in their boat.

S6 rob t
Rob
Ryan is fun, but he's also loud, abrasive at times, and extremely self-centered. [...] You really have to operate as a team, and look out for other peoples' interests at times; the guy is focused only on himself. Roger, for his part though, is extremely bossy, and is telling everybody what to do. [...] Privately, Ryan has asked me to vote with him to get rid of Roger, and Roger has asked me to vote with him to get rid of Ryan, and I've told them both that I will do what they want. It's Roger versus Ryan. I'm just gonna see which way it clears out. I mean, both guys have their pluses and minuses.

At Tribal Council, Jeff shares his belief of the men feeling overconfident and arrogant about winning challenges at the start of the game and then losing to the women at the first Immunity Challenge is humbling on the men's part. Jeff asks Roger if the experience is humbling to be the first to vote someone out, or if that is not that big of a deal. Roger admits that the experience is humbling, but was surprised that they were beaten for physical reasons and not mental reasons, though Jeff reminds him that the women beat them at every turn. Daniel admits to being imperious on the marooning boat saying that they would not go to Tribal Council, yet they did after the first Immunity Challenge. He also admits to being the reason that they lost, yet Jeff points out that his partner Ryan did not do much better. Alex agrees that they were overconfident, and feels that because the season is men versus women, the women are going to be motivated to compete even more in the upcoming challenges. The men admit they talked about the women frequently. Ryan stated that each of them had a unique quality; Alex, Daniel, and Dave found Shawna hot, though Rob argues that Heidi is the hottest. Jeff laughs at how quickly the men go from being the trashiest tribe, to losing to the women at the Immunity Challenge, then just wanting to hook up with the women the moment they are brought up, stating that they are in danger because of this.

In the end, Daniel, Matthew, and Ryan vote for Roger, Dave votes for Daniel so that he would not vote for Ryan, and Alex, Butch, and Roger vote for Ryan. Rob chooses to side with Roger, sending Ryan home in a 4-3-1 vote, and becoming the first person voted out of Survivor: The Amazon.

Voting Confessionals[]

Matthew and Dave's confessionals, as well as edited versions of Ryan and Butch's confessionals, were shown in the episode.

S6 roger t
Roger
(voting against Ryan) Ryan, at this stage of the game it's all about being a team player. You do not have that concept.
S6 matthew t
Matthew
(voting against Roger) He gives me so much advice, it really irritates me.
S6 alex t
Alex
(voting against Ryan) Ryan, I'm voting for you because you just didn't step up and pull your weight. It's a team effort. Sorry man.
S6 ryan t
Ryan
(voting against Roger) Ever since the first time I came here, the only thing I ever asked for is your respect and you made it finally clear that you never like me from the jump before I've been one out. So after the challenge you know I wasn't going to vote for you. So I caught when you gonna vote for me. So I guess my advice to you is don't hunt what you can't kill.
S6 rob t
Rob
(voting against Ryan) I'm really sorry that your super smart strategy of trying to make it to all the girls and being a Casanova had one minor miscalculation. I do really like you. I think you're a cool guy. Unfortunately, you think that about 4,000 times more than I do.
S6 butch t
Butch
(voting against Ryan) Ryan, I think you're a pretty good boy. The only problem is that you're still a boy. You need to keep some maturity on you. You know the old song you get to know when to hold 'em and know when to fold 'em. You need to learn when to know when to be quiet know when to talk. Sometimes, silence is golden.
S6 daniel t
Daniel
(voting against Roger) Roger, you've been barking orders like a drill sergeant since Day 1. Now that everything's done at camp, it's time to let you go. No hard feelings though.
S6 dave t
Dave
(voting against Daniel) I didn't like your attitude at the Immunity Challenge today, and I didn't like the way it reflected upon the team.

Well, guys. Here we are. I guess when I knew I made Survivor I knew I was in for the biggest challenge of my life and, uh, I definitely got what I came in for and I definitely got what I expected. Um, I've learned a lot, though. I learned how to make a shelter and more importantly, I learned a lot about myself and, uh, how I perceive others and how they perceive me. You know, I thought I'd be mad, but for the first time I just-- I really put things in perspective and it was a great journey. I had a lot of fun. I wish you guys all the best. So good luck to the winner and, uh, we'll see you around soon... and, uh, God bless.
