La Isla: El Reality[]
On the second day along with the other famous girls Bárbara had to play for the role of Captain and form her tribe, unfortunately she did not manage to win the challenge and was finally chosen by Nara Falcón to be part of the Jaguar tribe. During the time she was in that tribe, they never achieved any victory, just being in High Beach. So they attended the first trial of the season, in which she received only one vote for Nara who voted for her believing that no one else would because of Bárbara's great strength and intelligence. However, her strategy backfired and she was nominated in the revote, causing the Mono tribe to choose to eliminate her as she was the strongest one.
After Andrea Riquelme's evacuation, Bárbara rejoins the competition but this time in the Serpiente tribe, where for Bárbara everything was complicated since she did not make any contribution in the challenges, besides not having fit in and formed a good friendship with them. Bárbara attended the trial now with her new tribe, where Bárbara was again nominated and consecutively eliminated.

^1 In Episode 4, Regina was the first nominated, but there was a tie for the second nominated between Bárbara and Julio César with 1 vote each, forcing a revote. Chacho and Dr. Wagner changed their votes to Bárbara on the revote, nominating her.
^2On Day 5, Andrea was medically evacuated, and Bárbara came back in the game to replace her.
^3 In Episode 8, the vote ended with a 2-2-2 tie between Bárbara, Carla, and Luisito, forcing a revote. This vote was positive to save a participant who was tied, Bárbara did not receive votes, nominating her.
